Starting from the moment sales staff
informs to you that you are able to access internet
with your user name and password, Myanmar Teleport
will charge you as your selected plan. If you
are not ready to access by any reason, Phone,
Modem, PC, etc..., you are responsible to inform
to our Customer Service Department at Sales Office
& Service Centre. If not, monthly fee bill will
be sent to you regularly and you have to settle
all bills outstanding. |

In the first week of every month, Myanmar Teleport
will send your invoice for the services used in
the previous month by e-mail and SBS courier
service as well. It is every customer own responsibility
to check this invoice and to inform Myanmar Teleport
in case you did not receive the invoice or in
case you suspect there are errors made in the
invoice. Customers will have the possibility to
make payment before the due date. In case the monthly payment is not
received before due date Myanmar Teleport will
have to close down automatically all your existing
services, connection, email accounts...etc. |

If your account had been disabled by outstanding
bill, we will reopen your account within 4 days
after you had settled your outstanding bills.
So we would like to remind you that it is not
possible to reopen your account immediately. Therefore
to prevent the annoyance both for yourself as
for Myanmar Teleport, please make sure your monthly
payment is always done in time. |

Myanmar Teleport is offering 5% discount for
customers paying 6 months in advance and 10% discount
for customers paying 1 year in advance. Benefit
from this discount and spare yourself the trouble
of coming monthly to the Sales Office & Service
Centre and the risk of forgetting to pay and facing
problems with an interrupted service. Advance
payment will deduct the monthly fees according
to the plan you have chosen. |

to collect cash at your site, please contact Mya
Thu Zar @ 652233. Ext. 1128 for Yangon collection
or May Soe Thein @ 4489987 for Mandalay collection.
The charges will be 3000 Kyats per visit for collection
fee. |

On your invoice you will see "Grand Total";
this indicates the amount you will have to pay
before the due date. Starting from January 2005
Myanmar Teleport will also deduct overusage for
data from your advance. The amount mentioned in
Grand Total at the top of the invoice has to be paid this
month and can not be deducted from your
Current Advance Balance. |

In case you want to change you subscription
plan you can submit an “attribute changes
form” at our Sales Office and Service Centre.
The new plan will not start immediately but will
start from the first day of the next month. |
|
|
It is possible to “temporary disable”
your account for a period of maximum 3 months,
temporary disable means that you can not use your
account during this period and you won’t
be charged during this period. Please keep in
mind to inform Myanmar Teleport the month before
you want to temporary disable your account. |
|
|
If you are using your account for over 1 year
it is possible to “terminate” your
account; keep in mind that if you terminate your
account you will not be able to reopen this account
at a later stage. |

|
It is possible to settle your monthly fees by
bank transfer through KBZ bank.
Procedures: |

(1) Go to any branch of the KBZ Bank |
| |
(2) Pay your monthly fee (full amount as indicated
on the invoice) by deposit cash to Myanmar Teleport
account at
KBZ bank. |

(3) Fill in Customer Name, Customer ID and Invoice
number on “Pay In Slip”. |

Remarks: |
| |
(1) KBZ will charge 100 Ks handling fees per
bill if you settle the amount at one of the 6
branches in Yangon
and 200 Ks handling fees per bill if you settle
the amount at any other branch. |

(2) KBZ will not accept partial payment. |
| |
(3) If there is any discrepancy in the invoice,
please to contact Billing Department of Myanmar Teleport. |

(4) If you want to settle your invoice automatically
by bank transfer every month please contact KBZ
